Low testosterone (Low T) is actually more common than erectile dysfunction. It occurs when testosterone levels fall below the recommended range of 300 to 1000, with the ideal range for men typically between 700 and 900.
We’re here to help. With a properly supervised treatment program, men of all ages can experience meaningful improvements in their testosterone levels — leading to a more active, energized lifestyle.

This basic questionnaire is an easy way to answer questions about your sexual health and lifestyle, which can help to see if you need your testosterone levels checked.
Answer YES or No to each of the following questions. If you answer YES to more than 3 questions, you may have low testosterone. Book an appointment and we can discuss if Testosterone Replacement Therapy is right for you.
At PNW Optimal Health, we understand that each individual's needs are unique. If appropriate, we offer treatment options designed to support healthy testosterone levels, always under medical supervision.
All treatments are prescription-based and require a consultation with our licensed healthcare provider.
Treatment options may include:
Injections
Testosterone injections are a commonly prescribed treatment method. When appropriate, patients may self-administer injections at home using a small, non-invasive needle, with medical guidance. This method can help maintain stable serum testosterone levels under a provider’s supervision.
Topical Creams
Topical testosterone creams offer another potential option for some patients. Applied daily to the skin, these creams may support hormone balance when used as part of a carefully monitored program.
At PNW Optimal Health, we also offer treatments that support overall men's health and wellness.
We provide Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, sometimes referred to as the "P-Shot," which uses a patient's own plasma to promote natural tissue support and blood flow.
Please note: The P-Shot is not FDA-approved for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, and any therapies are provided only after thorough consultation and prescriber determination. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.
We do not take insurance at this time.
A monthly subscription for treatment will include your TRT medication, supplies and visits. Any additional medications indicated will be extra which will be discussed at your visit.
Everyone is different, expect at least 2-3 months of TRT to start seeing results.
Men with locally advanced or metastatic prostate cancer, male breast cancer, hematocrit higher than 54%, chronic heart failure, history of heart disease, and/or heart attacks, severe sleep apnea, severe lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Testosterone Deficiency is a well-recognized medical condition and you should only start TRT if you have a true deficiency. It is important to have an appointment with a provider before starting TRT to make sure this is the best choice for you.
